Technology for compressed natural gas use

Natural gas has a great future ahead. It is a clean fuel. Since 1970
up to date its global consumption has doubled. According to analysts’
estimations in the next 20 years the consumption of natural gas will double once again.

Our Services

Our main goal is to reach all our users on time

  1. Delivery of CNG to large business users
  2. Delivery of CNG to local gas pipelines
  3. Delivery of CNG to household consumers

Achieving these tasks requires the use of modern and advanced transport technologies to provide the customer with the raw material they need, at the right time, in the right place and at the optimum cost.

Development of technologies for the delivery of CNG to household consumers

CNG Trade Ltd. implements a project for assembling a truck for refilling household consumers, with lightweight composite bottles type 4 and compressor;

The truck features improved payload performance. This ensures an improvement in the degree of response to the dynamics of customer consumption and provides an opportunity for more rational logistics solutions

Advantages of compressed natural gas use

Environmental Benefits:

CNG emits fewer pollutants, like CO2 and NOx, promoting cleaner air and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Economic Benefits:

CNG is cheaper than gasoline and diesel, leading to significant cost savings for vehicle owners. Its price stability offers financial predictability, beneficial for businesses and consumers alike.

Energy Security:

CNG can be domestically sourced, reducing reliance on imported oil and enhancing a country’s energy security.

Infrastructure and Accessibility:

Existing natural gas distribution networks make it easier to set up CNG refueling stations. CNG is versatile and can be used in various vehicles, enhancing accessibility.

Technological Advancements and Regulatory Compliance:

Modern CNG engines offer comparable performance and high fuel efficiency. Advances in storage technology enhance safety. Governments may offer incentives to promote CNG adoption, aiding regulatory compliance efforts.

Extended Engine Life:

CNG burns cleaner than traditional fuels, resulting in less engine wear and tear. This can lead to extended engine life, reducing maintenance costs and improving overall vehicle reliability.

Applications of compressed natural gas

Compressed natural gas (CNG) has diverse applications across various sectors. Here are some notable ones:

  • Transportation
  • Industrial Use
  • Residential and Commercial Applications
  • Power Generation
  • Marine Applications
  • Agricultural Sector

First stage of the process – the compression is carried out in the compressor stations through piston compressors up to 200 Bar

The transportation is carried out through batteries of bottles or trailers under pressure 200 Bar and volumes between 200 and 5500 cubic meters.

The decompression 200/4 Bar is carried out on the site at the supply station through “gas regulating boards” GRB

Final stage – the decompression from 4Bar to working pressure  and the measuring is carried out on the site of the client through “gas regulator and measuring board” GRMB
